Regional Business Development Manager

**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly ambitious and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales of premium quality industrial adhesives in the manufacturing sector.
You will have a strong background in field sales, with a proven track record of hitting targets and a consultative/problem-solving approach to selling. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate demand with manufacturing businesses in sectors such as food & beverage, automotive, aerospace, petrochemical, and marine
- Grow sales of premium quality industrial adhesives
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of £42,500 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Uncapped monthly commission up to £6,000 in the first year
- A plug-in hybrid SUV company car
- A flexible working arrangement with a 3pm finish on Fridays
- 25 days annual leave + Christmas shut down + Bank Holidays
