Consult is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive strategic sales initiatives for large accounts in the region. As a key player in digital transformation, you will lead commercial strategies within a designated area, working closely with high-potential clients to adopt cutting-edge products and foster strong relationships.

About the Role:

  • Employ a consultative approach to guide customers in transforming their practices and adopting advanced digital technologies.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, leveraging insights and analytics to understand client needs and challenges.
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans for key clients, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Educate clients on innovative products and services, ensuring clinical proficiency and successful integration into their practices.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in medical devices, capital equipment, dental/orthodontic fields, or other relevant industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in ROI analysis, P&L, and cash flow discussions.

What We Offer:

  • £60,000 - £70,000 base salary dependent on experience.
  • 50% OTE Bonus.
