Automotive Business Development Director

We seek a highly skilled professional to drive business growth and commercial success in our nationwide Autocentre network. The ideal candidate has strong Automotive Operations experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
This role involves managing teams across multiple locations, developing strategies for business development and growth, and implementing initiatives to improve operational efficiency. A key responsibility is achieving budget for all Autocentres in the region.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company vehicle and opportunities for career progression within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Profitability - Achieving target budgets for all Autocentres in the region.
- Team Development - Identifying and implementing training needs, succession planning, and performance management for staff.
- Marketing - Developing and implementing strategies to support business development and growth targets.
