The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering aftermarket services through various channels, including parts distribution, dealer groups, and OE supply chains.

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual remuneration of approximately £75,000. This includes basic pay, bonus potential, 25 days' holiday, pension, life assurance, and medical benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the aftermarket sector.
  • Leverage industry relationships to establish new partnerships and expand existing ones.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the aftermarket industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, channel management, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
