Job Overview
The Regional Sales Manager role offers an exceptional opportunity for a target-driven and dynamic individual to join our client, a highly successful UK manufacturer of janitorial and hygiene supplies. This is a field-based position that requires building and securing relationships with new customers, as well as effective management of an established account base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Bilateral relationship development with key decision-makers in the facilities management and contract cleaning sectors.
- Effective management of an established account base to ensure retention and growth.
- Utilize CRM database and targeted prospect list to source new business opportunities.
About the Company

- A competitive salary circa £42k per annum (OTE: £60-80k+).

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years of B2B, field sales experience, with a stable track record of employment and performance. Ideally, you should have sold into facilities management or contract cleaning organizations before. As a consultative and structured salesperson, you will have a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
