About the Opportunity

As an Account Management and Growth Expert, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and new customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, account managers, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of our services and market trends.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Providing regular progress updates and insights to senior leadership, informing business decisions and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales/account management/customer service, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Advanced proficiency in German and English (C1 CEFR), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MS Office suite experience in a professional environment, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
