Coastal Quarry Business Development Lead

Your Main Tasks:- Identify and seize high-value business opportunities, driving growth and innovation in our Aggregates division.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
- Foster a deep understanding of our specialist products, harnessing their value to expand our market presence.
- Leverage data analytics and market research to inform sales strategies, ensuring sustained growth and success.
A competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, accompanied by a bonus structure and an attractive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday + bank holidays and enhanced family benefits.
