The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our Aggregates division, with a unique focus on supporting our coastal quarry, Glensanda. You will work closely with specialist products tailored to coastal applications and have the opportunity to drive growth and innovation in a niche market.
You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with both new and existing customers, identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions. While experience in the aggregates industry is not essential, we need someone who can demonstrate a track record of increasing sales through proactive business development and a commitment to exceptional customer care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceed customer expectations.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme and generous holiday allowance.
