Antalis is seeking a proactive Sales Professional to join our Packaging Team, driving sales growth and contributing to year-over-year revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be a results-driven sales professional, and have a proven track record of success in identifying new business opportunities and negotiating win-win deals.
About the Role
- Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets and contribute to year-over-year revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Develop strong negotiation skills to secure favourable pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions, adding value to our customers' businesses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner, building trust and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and product offerings, expanding the product portfolio and implementing pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
- Technology Integration: Leverage technology to drive customer demand and online sales, streamlining business operations for efficiency and productivity.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our Sales Advisor Team and Support functions to develop personalised strategies for each customer, driving long-term growth and loyalty.
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
