Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our Packaging Team at Antalis in Coalville, Leicestershire. As a proactive Telephone Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
About the Role:
- Drive Sales Growth: Exceed sales targets and contribute to year-over-year revenue growth.
- Negotiate Win-Win Deals: Lead negotiations to secure favourable pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver innovative solutions that add value to our customers' businesses.
- Expand Product Portfolio: Promote our full product range and implement pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Demonstrate a deep knowledge of our products and the market, offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
