About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. In this role, you will provide first-line support for day-to-day HR queries and advise in line with company policies and procedures.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers, answering HR-related queries.
  • Advise Line Managers on performance management, absence management, and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records using our internal HR and Payroll Systems and the intranet to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • You will work closely with the payroll team to ensure all necessary documentation is compiled ahead of the monthly/weekly payroll run.
  • Guide Line Managers on best practice when recruiting through our Company's recruitment system.
  • Ensure new starters receive a successful induction with the necessary tools and supporting documentation.
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • A 5% bonus scheme.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised, have great communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a team. Experience working in a shared service role and in HR is essential.

Work Arrangements: Monday to Friday with two days working from home.
