Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Conduct thorough checks on submitted data to ensure proper approvals and verification are completed.
  • Help streamline processes for data entry and subcontractor management.
  • Evaluate data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare reports and analysis as required.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in data administration or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • IT proficient, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
