We are seeking an experienced Data Administrator to join our team in Coalville. As a key member of our small, growing team, you will be responsible for maintaining our master data file and ensuring the accuracy of key information.

About the Job

This is a contract role until end of January, with the possibility of extension. You must be available immediately to start working on this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Perform bulk uploads and manual data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date master files of suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Data Validation: Conduct thorough checks on submitted data, ensuring proper approvals and verification are completed. Liaise with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Help streamline processes for data entry and subcontractor management, adhering to internal policies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all data is entered accurately and within set deadlines.
  • Reporting: Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to challenge data inaccuracies.
  • IT proficient, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
