The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our master data file, ensuring its accuracy and reliability. As a detail-oriented professional, you will play a critical role in supporting the team and driving business success.

About the Role

This is a contract position until end of January, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will work closely with the team to deliver excellent results.

Key Tasks
  1. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master files of suppliers and subcontractors through bulk uploads and manual data entry.
  2. Data Validation: Conduct thorough checks on submitted data, ensuring proper approvals and verification are completed. Collaborate with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry and subcontractor management processes, aligning with internal policies.
  4. Quality Control: Ensure all data is entered accurately and within set deadlines.
  5. Reporting: Provide timely and insightful reports and analysis as required.
