Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality telephone call handling and repairs diagnosis services
  • Support the administration of systems to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements
  • Schedule works efficiently
  • Contribute to financial management and service budget achievement
  • Support the development and maintenance of the HRA business plan

Working Details: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5pm. The duration of this position is until February 2025. You can expect a competitive hourly rate of £13.74 per hour.
