Senior IT Business Development Professional

We're a growing IT services provider looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our customer base. This role involves generating and developing business through sales of IT hardware, software, professional services, and support contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor and track sales metrics and progress.
- Meet or exceed financial targets by selling IT solutions.
- Develop a personal sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Build trust with clients through effective communication.
- Prepare professional quotations and proposals.
- Pursue ongoing training and certification opportunities.
- Participate in local networking events as necessary.
Key Requirements:
- At least 12 months of experience in an IT reseller environment with understanding of the IT sector.
- Proven ability to consult with clients over the phone.
- Excellent sales, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Capacity to multitask and allocate resources effectively.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
- Exceptional communication and attention to detail skills.
