Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee Programme

Bridgewater Resources UK Ltd is seeking ambitious graduates to join their comprehensive graduate programme designed to cultivate the next generation of sales leaders and managers. As a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop a core knowledge of how the business operates, gain hands-on experience with our vast product range, and build relationships with customers face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the electrical distribution industry and our role within it.
  • Build relationships with customers, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business growth strategies.

What You Will Learn:

  • The fundamentals of sales and business management.
  • How to target and win new trading accounts.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Your Career Path:

  • After completing your formal training, you will move into internal sales account management, engaging with business customers over the phone.
  • You will learn business development strategies and how to target and win new trading accounts.
  • In 12 months and beyond, you will progress to a diverse business-to-business field sales management position, with increased earning potential and bigger bonuses.

Earn an Estimated £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
