Business Development Graduate Specialist

Our graduate sales & business management trainee programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a successful sales leader and manager.
The programme covers key areas such as sales techniques, customer service, and business operations. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and develop your relationship-building skills.
Training Programme Overview:
- You will start by developing a core understanding of our business operations, including warehouse, logistics, and supply chain management.
- You will then progress to working with our product range, learning about different manufacturers and the electrical distribution industry.
- You will build relationships with customers, making deals and advising them face-to-face over the trade counter.
- You will complete a formal sales training course and stay overnight with other Graduate Trainees from across the company.
- You will complete workbook assessments to underpin your learning and development and receive financial incentives for each one passed to a required standard.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a company car, pension scheme, and annual bonuses.
