About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Partner to join our team at emh group.

As a Sales and Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing business needs.

Working Arrangements

This is a home-based role, with the flexibility to work at our Head Office in Coalville as and when required.

Hours of Work

You will work 17.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday 9.30am to 1.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 2.30pm.

Salary

The salary for this role is £11,720.50 - £13,022.50 per annum.
