The role of Finance Business Partner at Triumph Consultants Ltd presents an exceptional opportunity to drive financial performance and excellence within the organization's housing services division. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert financial accounting and monitoring support, driving performance improvements through effective partnerships with services teams.
  • Produce timely month-end financial reports and lead regular review and challenge processes to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Provide strategic and operational advice to inform business decisions, unlocking commercial opportunities and enhancing better business performance.
  • Collaborate on annual statement of accounts production, executing specific duties to ensure comprehensive financial reporting.
  • Support key projects by offering financial guidance and expertise.

Requirements:
  • AAT qualification or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience in a financial environment or substantial relevant experience in finance.
  • Minimum two years' experience and knowledge of accounting for Housing Revenue Accounts (HRA).
  • Demonstrable experience in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Experience in finance business partnering and statutory accounting/reporting requirements.
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (or equivalent) and integrated financial systems.
  • Able to interpret and advise on financial and performance data.
  • Experience in closing down HRA year-end accounts.

This position offers an attractive estimated salary range of up to £20.22 per hour (PAYE), depending on experience, providing a competitive compensation package for the right candidate. As a hybrid working arrangement mainly involves remote work, successful applicants can enjoy flexibility while maintaining collaboration with the team.
