Junior Finance Business Partner Role

SF Recruitment is working with a leading business in North Leicestershire to find a talented Junior Finance Business Partner. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a part-qualified accountant looking to join a supportive and thriving business. As the Finance Business Partner, you will report directly to a Senior Finance Business Partner and be responsible for four sites across the group. This role offers genuine career progression and real exposure to key stakeholders in the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Regularly travel to your assigned sites, with occasional visits to other sites within the division
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Sales/Commercial and Operational teams
  3. Produce monthly management accounts with precise analysis and insights, including variance analysis and KPIs
  4. Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reviews to identify and eliminate risk
  5. Ensure all monthly reporting is completed accurately and in accordance with the company timetable and requirements
  6. Produce Forecasts and Budgets for all elements of the Profit and Loss statement
  7. Hold regular review meetings onsite with stakeholders and budget holders to manage costs and advise on performance
  8. Ensure the relevant business area meets profit requirements, challenging robustly but appropriately where required
  9. Have a continuous Process Improvement mindset, striving towards Best Practice within the division and across the wider Finance Community
