At Cpl UK - Healthcare, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Residential Care Manager to lead our residential homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our services and drive excellence in care.

Salary

The salary for this role will be £70,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus of up to £13,000, as well as an ongoing bonus of £5,000 per home for achieving key goals.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves managing and growing two Ofsted-regulated homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. You will oversee placements and work closely with a dedicated team to support children's growth and well-being. In addition, you will contribute to the SC2 Ofsted application during your notice period (if applicable) and consult part-time to prepare for a seamless start.

Key Details
  • Ideal Start Date: Full-time role starting around February/March 2025 (flexible for the right candidate).
  • Salary Progression:
  1. Initially: £50,000 + £8,000 bonus, including a one-off £3,000 for timely placements in the first year.
  2. Once the second home is operational: Salary increases to £70,000 + £13,000 bonus, with £5,000 per home as an ongoing bonus for achieving key goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year as a Registered Manager, ideally with a track record of achieving Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Expertise: Extensive experience with Ofsted processes and requirements.
  • Commitment: A proactive, child-centered leader who is ready to drive excellence across multiple homes.
