About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Residential Care Manager to oversee the growth and management of two Ofsted-regulated residential care homes, ensuring exceptional standards of care and compliance.

  • Lead a dedicated team to support children's development and well-being.
  • Manage placements and contribute to the SC2 Ofsted application during your notice period (if applicable).

Key Details:

  • Ideal Start Date: A full-time position starting around February/March 2025, with flexibility for the right candidate.
  • Salary Progression:
  • Initially: £50,000 + £8,000 bonus, including a one-off £3,000 payment for timely placements in the first year.
  • Once the second home is operational: Salary increases to £70,000 + £13,000 bonus, with £5,000 per home as an ongoing bonus for achieving key goals.
