Residential Children's Support Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage our 3/4 bedded EBD Residential Children's Home in Kettering, providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children.

Salary: £52,500 per annum, including additional benefits and bonus opportunities.

About the Role
  • Oversee the provision of care and support to children with complex needs, promoting their emotional and behavioural well-being.
  • Ensure the home maintains high standards of care and meets regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications and Experience
  • A recognised qualification in Residential Childcare (Level 3 or above).
  • Significant experience in residential childcare, preferably as a Registered Manager.
