**About the Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client's team as a Children's Home Supervisor and play a vital role in the care and support of children within a 3/4 bed home based in Northampton.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a Children's Home, adhering to the Ofsted regulatory framework
- Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child
- Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance
- Manage recruitment, staff training, and development
- Achieve and maintain a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted
**Requirements:**
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting
- Driving Licence is essential
**Salary:** £59,750 - £69,250 per annum (full-time), plus extensive benefits package
