Children's Night Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Night Care Supervisor to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in Northampton. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of up to £21,054 per annum.
As a Children's Night Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for participating in handover sessions with day staff to ensure correct handling of client behaviour. You will also refer incidents requiring immediate attention to on-duty staff and maintain case records. Additionally, you will undertake domestic duties such as laundry and food preparation. Pursuing staff development training to perform duties professionally is also an essential aspect of this role.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a Level 3 Residential Child Care qualification or equivalent. Understanding of looked after young people's needs is also desirable. Enhanced DBS clearance is a must.
