Social Work Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in the CIC Separated Children's Team on a full-time basis.
This permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £41,237 per annum.
About the Role:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored plans to support children, families, or carers with complex needs.
- Evaluate family functioning and provide assistance and support when relationship breakdown threatens the health or wellbeing of children at risk of abuse or neglect.
- Foster effective relationships with professionals to empower children, young people, and families to improve their lives.
- Develop and implement strategies to safeguard children from abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
- Arrange suitable alternative care (including permanent homes) in collaboration with children, young people, and their parents/carers.
- Promote autonomy and development with individuals who have complex social needs due to disability, exclusion, or diminished capacity.
- Degree in Social Work (CQSW, DipSW, BA Social Work or equivalent).
- Knowledge of relevant childcare legislation.
- Ability to travel independently to required areas.
