At Tripod Social Care, we are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Duty and Assessment team in Northamptonshire.

The successful candidate will work within the Children and Young People\u2019s Service, providing support to families in need using a range of services including Initial Assessment, Children in Need Teams, Specialist Children\u2019s Looked After Teams, Children with Disabilities Teams, and Adoption and Fostering Services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with families to assess their needs and provide appropriate support
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure effective service delivery
  • Developing and implementing plans to meet the needs of children and families

As a Duty and Assessment Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in Northamptonshire.
