Social Work Specialist

At Opus People Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a Social Work Specialist to join our Duty and Assessment Team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social worker to work with children and families, conducting visits, completing assessments, and engaging in direct safeguarding work to protect the wellbeing and safety of young people.
The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This role involves managing caseloads, participating in strategy discussions, facilitating safety planning, and conducting Section 17 and 47 enquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively with children and families, and have a deep understanding of child protection policies and procedures.
