About the Role: This is a full-time position based in Northamptonshire, offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000 per annum. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in fostering services, working with a dedicated team to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families.
Your Key Tasks Will Include:
- Assessing new and existing foster carers to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Gathering information from potential carers to inform assessments and progress checks.
- Liaising with colleagues and stakeholders to review assessments and provide feedback.
- Providing reports on potential carers' identified needs to inform training and/or therapeutic intervention planning.
- Supporting and upskilling Local Authorities Supervising Social Workers in assessments and their role.
- Ensuring high standards of record keeping and report writing.
