About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Social Worker to fill a 3-month locum opportunity in our Children's service in Northampton. The successful candidate will have experience of working with children and families, and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
Job Description:
- Carry out comprehensive assessments of children's needs and develop support plans to address these needs.
- Work closely with other professionals, including education and healthcare staff, to ensure that children receive the best possible support.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and communicate this information to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in social work or equivalent qualification
- Current Social Work England registration
- Proven experience of working in Children's Services
