Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our small home for children and young people in Northampton. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will promote the company's values and ethos while managing all aspects of the Children's Home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing placements to support emotional and mental wellbeing
  • Recruiting a new staff team
  • Developing and monitoring standards across the home
  • Ensuring exceptional care and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Social Care Services (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of five years' residential experience in the children's home sector
  • A minimum of two years' recent management experience in the children's home sector

The salary for this position is up to £45,000 per annum, with opportunities for pay increases twice a year. Additionally, we offer Company Pension, Probation Bonus, Ofsted and Appraisal Bonuses, Paid Training, and other benefits.
