Job Description

Cpl UK Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team, specializing in children and young people. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people, as well as mentoring and guiding junior support workers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each child.
  • Mentor and guide junior support workers to ensure seamless delivery of services, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, their families, and other professionals through effective communication and collaboration, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or Residential Child Care, demonstrating your understanding of the complexities of child care and your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality care services, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
