Job Description:

This permanent role is based in Northampton and involves working with all young people of the home to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being is cared for. Key responsibilities include undertaking assessments, admission and discharge arrangements, providing services and counsel individually and/or in groups, maintaining effective administration records, pursuing staff development and training programmes, and ensuring work is delivered within a therapeutic framework.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Residential Child Care qualification or equivalent, or a willingness to complete in post. An understanding of the needs of looked after young people and enhanced DBS clearance are also essential.
