Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Worker to provide exceptional care and support to young people at a 4-bed Children's Home in Northamptonshire.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure the protection and safeguarding of the wellbeing of the young people in our care, providing a safe and supportive environment.
- Demonstrate the value of education, care, and development to achieve better outcomes for the young people.
- Build and create mutual trust and respect with young people, empowering them to respond and react appropriately to information and advice.
- Define structures and boundaries of behaviour to young people, acting as a positive role model to help them understand daily routines expected.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. The salary for this position is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:- A minimum of 1 year of residential care experience.
- A valid full driving licence.
- An enhanced DBS.
- The ability to work well under pressure and provide excellent rates of pay.
