About the Role

This Youth Welfare Advocate position offers an exciting opportunity to join our Support and Safeguarding Team in Northampton. You will work closely with families and other professionals to provide ongoing support and ensure the best outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess and respond to child protection concerns, providing guidance and support to families as needed.
  2. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to promote child well-being and safety.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and achieve positive outcomes for children.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or related field, with experience working in social care or a similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
