Elite Search Associates Limited is seeking a skilled Youth Care Program Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing youth care programs that cater to the unique needs of children with mental health needs.

The salary for this position is approximately £15 per hour, reflecting the importance of your role in shaping the lives of our young clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Design and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive youth care programs that address the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of each child.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Work closely with social workers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Staff Supervision and Support: Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to ensure they excel in their roles.
  • Incident Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incidents and the children's progress and behaviour.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. Previous experience working with children within a residential setting.
  2. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  3. A strong commitment to improving the lives of children and adolescents.
