MASH Service Lead

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the MASH service and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and has a strong background in team management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of stabilizing services and driving improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
• Salary: £56,985 to £69,284 (dependent on experience)
• Annual leave: 36 days (includes bank holidays)
• Induction program: 2 days

You will work closely with the strategic manager to drive improvements and contribute to the growth and development of the team. Regular supervisions will be held with Team Managers to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.
