MASH Service Management Role

Key responsibilities include:
• Salary: £56,985 to £69,284 (dependent on experience)
• Annual leave: 36 days (includes bank holidays)
• Induction program: 2 days

In this role, you will work closely with the strategic manager to stabilize the front door service and contribute to the growth and development of the team. Regular supervisions will be held with Team Managers to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.
