Job Overview
Avery Healthcare seeks an experienced Regional Support Manager to drive operational excellence and achieve performance targets within our care homes.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring compliance with standards, reporting, and service delivery in key homes.
  • Supporting homes during transition periods following acquisitions.
  • Identifying problem areas and making recommendations for improvement, in consultation with the Regional Director.
  • Interpreting information to support regional performance against quality indicators, and making suitable recommendations to the Regional Director.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate our company values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable behavior. A qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin and relevant experience are essential. Our ideal candidate must also possess:
  • 3 years' experience in a home management role.
  • 5 years' experience working with the client group.
  • Proven experience supervising staff and staff development.
  • NVQ 5 or equivalent in Care for Care Homes.
