At Creative Support Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to join our team in Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, and surrounding areas. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and support to people with diverse needs.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to provide high-quality care and support to our service users. As a Care and Support Professional, you will be responsible for supporting individuals in all aspects of their daily lives, promoting their independence, and helping them to enjoy a wide range of activities in the community.
Key Responsibilities- To provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
- To work positively within a consistent and mutually supportive team ethos
- To follow agreed guidelines and procedures at all times
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A calm and resourceful approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- The ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support
- Maturity and the ability to work within a positive behaviour support framework
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:

- Company-paid enhanced DBS check
