About the Opportunity

Our care home in Northampton is seeking a skilled Care Home Support Professional to join its team. As a General Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of tasks, including housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, promoting a warm and homely atmosphere
  • Build positive relationships with residents and colleagues, contributing to a dynamic and rewarding work environment
  • Develop your skills further through comprehensive training and courses
