Role: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Care Home Manager to manage our care home, lead and inspire their team. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring a high standard of care is delivered to all residents.

Our client is a well-established care home specialising in elderly and dementia care. You must have experience managing a large Care Home and lead from the front with your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the care home.
  • Care Quality: Maintain compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff.
  • Budget Management: Manage the home's financial operations.
  • Family and Resident Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents' families and the local community.
  • Care Planning: Ensure personalised care plans are developed and reviewed regularly for all residents.
