Home Care Provider

As a Home Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will provide personal care support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide companionship and engage clients in activities to stimulate their minds and spirits.
Additionally, you will assist clients with home help tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, as well as support them with accessing the community and engaging in activities outside of the home.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in supporting older adults and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and personalities, and will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
