Job Description

This role involves providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes, as well as assisting with light cleaning duties, preparing meals, and administering medication. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with clients and provide emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with light cleaning duties, such as tidying and laundry
  • Prepare and cook meals for clients, taking into account their nutritional and dietary needs
  • Administer medication (full training provided)
  • Complete daily notes using our 'Care Planning App'
  • Attend team meetings as required
Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be comfortable working in a client's home environment and have a caring and compassionate approach.
