Senior Child Protection Practitioner

This dynamic role requires an experienced Social Worker who can lead our MASH service in ensuring the effective delivery of integrated approaches. You will be responsible for making informed decisions regarding the safety of children and young people, collaborating with professionals from various services to achieve the best possible outcomes.
As a Front Door Social Work specialist, you will provide operational supervision and contribute to our continuous improvement ethos. Our focus on innovation and creativity means we value candidates with a proactive approach and willingness to adapt to new challenges.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational supervision and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with MASH partners to ensure effective delivery of integrated approaches
- Making informed decisions regarding the safety of children and young people
We offer a salary of ££47,610 per annum, along with a wide range of benefits that include:
