About the Position

  • Collaborate with families using Signs of Safety methodology, empowering them to find solutions while adhering to policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders. A strong understanding of child-centered practices and experience working in a Local Authority or Trust setting are highly valued.
