Job Title: Child Protection Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Child Protection Specialist to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior social worker to take on a challenging role in children's services, working with vulnerable individuals and families.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a caseload of complex cases, providing support and guidance to individuals, children, carers, and families.
- Demonstrate confident judgement on risk and accountability in decision-making, ensuring the safety and well-being of those at risk.
- Employ professional judgement to promote independence, provide support and protection, and ensure safety.
- Lead positive interventions to prevent health and wellbeing deterioration while safeguarding individuals at risk of abuse or neglect.

**Requirements:**
- CQSW, DipSW, BA Social Work, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Knowledge of relevant childcare legislation.
- Ability to travel independently to required areas.

**Salary Range:** £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
