Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Disability Specialist to join our Children with Disabilities Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering social work services to children with complex disabilities and their families. Your expertise and experience will enable you to provide professional support, guidance, and advocacy to help individuals achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding children's welfare and ensuring their protection in accordance with legal and statutory obligations
  • Providing professional social work services at an appropriate level to meet the needs of children with complex disabilities
  • Supporting children and families with complex disabilities, promoting independence and empowering them to make informed decisions
  • Working in accordance with legal and statutory obligations, ensuring that all actions and decisions are guided by relevant laws and regulations
  • Demonstrating a commitment to delivering best practice and making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and their families

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £42,726 - £49,279 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a £6,000 Welcome Bonus and up to £8,000 relocation allowance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a range of employee perks and discounts.
