Senior Counselor in Child Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Counselor in Child Care to join our newly formed in-house Legal Team. As part of West Northants Council, you will be working closely with the Northamptonshire Children's Trust to provide expert legal advice and support. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to shaping the future of our organization and making a tangible difference in the lives of children and families.
The expected salary range for this position is £**50,000 - 60,000 per annum**, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes flexible working arrangements, ongoing training and development opportunities, and employee assistance programs. You will also have access to generous annual leave entitlements and be eligible for membership in the Local Government Pension Scheme.
About the Job Description- You will advise on and conduct proceedings related to the care and protection of children and young people.
